Is 18" + 42" corner counter top enough space as a prime pre area?

I have two options to design my kitchen. One is putting the sink center to the window and the dishwasher right next to the sink and leaving a 18"+ 42" corner counter top between cooktop and the sink. Is that enough space as a prime pre area? Another option is switching the sink and the dishwahser and creating a 18"+ 60" corner counter top between cooktop and sink as a primer pre area.

I have 76 inch peninsula as well which faces the cooktop. If the peninsula will be my main pre counter, it is not as continent as the space between sink and cooktop.

What is the best option as far as the placement of the sink?

Thanks for any comments.

The pictures below are not final design. Just to show what will look like if putting the sink off centered.
