“Auxiliary Heat” displayed on thermostat with full propane tank

We bought a new house with a dual fuel system. The heat pump is a Trane and the thermos is a Honeywell TH8321r1001. The issue we’re noticing is just before our previous propane compan’s tank ran below 5% the thermostat starting displaying the “auxiliary heat” message while heating. We never noticed that before. After the new company came out to swap out tanks we still see it. I know the propan is working because our gas fireplace is lit up consist without issue. Does anyone know or think this is intended and or should I call out an HVAC professional? Thanks
