Comments (7)Diane, I just added Mon Petit Chou this spring from Palatine. So far she's been resistant to disease and had done well through both our dry/hot spells and now our wet/humid spell. She does tend to ball a little bit, but for some reason, even with all the rain we've had recently, she didn't this time. She's a very unique rose, with good sized cabbage style blooms (like you said) and I love her pink color that doesn't fade :) Tammy...See MoreKordes Blush Veranda
Comments (13)I don't know yet. It's still a bit early here for black spot. They don't seem very vigorous though but I have had two blooms so far. The flowers a bit ordinary though, not a nice blend of colors like Earth Angel or Flower Circus PomPon. So far not much of a "wow" factor. sharon...See MorePompon Veranda (Pashmina)
Comments (19)@Ann-SoCalZ10b SunStZ22 I agree that Eden doesn't repeat as fast as other roses. That is the reason I had 3 Eden as a privacy screen and now I have only one. I keep one Eden because it's beautiful. However, I gave away the other two to make room for quicker repeating roses because my garden is small. Pompon Veranda repeats very well. However, they are different roses and serve different purposes. Eden is a tall climber in my zone while Pompon Veranda is a short bush. @noseometer...(7A, SZ10, Albuquerque) From what I know, US gardeners can only buy Pompon Veranda from PalatineRoses. Comments (0)As a lot of people here have had the pleasure to see Bayarea Girl is growing this gorgeous rose, and her first year baby is making amazing blooms. I ordered pompon veranda from palatine this year and I am trying to decide where to place her. It probably will need morning sun after reports of blooms never opening in humid weather. The problem I am having with Kordes roses is they grow completely different than they are advertised. If anyone has a specimen a few years old I would appreciate any information in size and habit. Thank you very much in advance....See MoreVaporvac Z6-OhioRiverValley
