True story - The leash didn't fool anyone! A husband and wife in Quebec went for a walk after curfew on Saturday with the husband wearing a leash. People are allowed to walk their dogs after 8 p.m. curfew and the couple was out at 9 p.m., using this unique way to circumvent the rule. They were each fined $1,500.
