Hi Markbr, Here are my 2 cents: 1. What Filter would you recommend for this. Go with a Pentair Clean & Clear cartridge filter. Easy to maintain and keeps the water crystal clear. 2. What pump would you recommend Go with a Pentair IntelliFlo VS (variable speed). I would also recommend an EasyTouch 4P or 8P (single body system right)? You will get the best interop between the EasyTouch and IntelliFlo. 3. Which Salt water system If you get an EasyTouch, get one with an IC40 salt cell (good for up to 40,000 gallon pools). This way you can use the EasyTouch to control the salt cell. 4. Which brand Heat pump and what size BTU. Haven't had much experience with Pentair ThermalFlo heat pumps but I hear good things about them. 5. Which cleaning robot, I would prefer one I didn't have to connect to tubing, just something I can throw in without work. I personally use the Pentair Prowler cleaner and like it very much. Easy to use and clean. 6. Which Skimmer to buy Admiral S200 with circular weir is my favorite. 7. Which return jets Not sure. 8. Which lights Do you want color or white?

Your home sounds beautiful! I just looked up black fox. Nice color...looks dark but not sure what your house looks like. Someone here will surely help as they know their colors well!! Ever considered a gray green? Just a thought. For ceilings I would consider a lighter color in the same family as the walls or the same color as the walls. Good luck and keep us posted!!! SW Halcyon Green or Rain or the next lightest shades on those two strips - love them. Towel color - for a spa look, white or a paler shade of the wall color would work. Otherwise, maybe try the hotel gold color that's common now. Target has some in the Waverly line. I recently went to Target and bought a rug in every shade of the Waverly line (it was on sale), tried them in my bathroom, chose one and took the others back. Sometimes you just can't tell unless you see it.

I'm responding partly to bump this up so other people who grow roses into trees might see it and respond. It seems like there are a few limiting factors here that might make a rose in your tree problematic. First, the amount of sun (morning and a bit in the afternoon) is fine for a rose not obstructed by the tree's shade, but it will likely prove to be too shady for many varieties of rose when they are shaded by the tree. Second, there is a risk that some of the varieties of rose that will successfully climb the tree might overwhelm it -- and yet others might not be vigorous enough to manage the climb. A final factor is your aesthetic vision, which seems to be very organized, with a lot of clean lines. A rose going up a tree won't climb the trunk, but instead will be planted somewhere on the north side of the tree at an adequate distance from the trunk, to avoid root competition. The rose will grow towards the light (south) and in the process (hopefully) scramble through the tree. This creates a beautifully wild, bushy visual aesthetic -- not a neatly clipped, clean-lined one. If that is what you are looking for, then try it! It will definitely be a matter of trial and error. If I were you, I would look for something that will tolerate some shade. Consider growing it in a large container until it is big enough to make a good run at getting up the tree. Finally, I would prune the tree with the goal of opening it up a bit internally, to let light get to the rose. As an alternative, you could train a relatively shade tolerant rose on the wall behind the tree -- Madame Alfred Carriere gets very large, fits your color preference, and I've seen her bloom for friends on the north side of a house.
