Thanks, Jason! I will keep an eye open for Home Depot or Lowes whenever they would carry plumerias. I am not in a hurry. I also just started on Arabian Jasmines. I bought one from online and it is slowly growing. Days after my online order arrived, I found 2 from Home Depot. There is a difference in price and condition between online-purchased and Home Depot. Home Depot ones are growing at an amazing rate and are alreading blooming! JojoGirl

mosanguyen- In the video, I wonder why one would use rooting compound (Butyric Acid) to seal a cut and considering it is toxic and absorbed through the skin, why one would stick a finger in the powder. I am sure if they read the label it will warn them of the danger. I do not seal inflo cuts because they heal very quickly and do not create the problems that branches do. I just cut about 50 yesterday and they are sealed today by the plants.

for the flamingo make sure you don't water it.... watering it can cause rotting in the stem/roots. as for how long it can take to root there is no telling..... some take weeks others take months Dawson

They're very tough plants, provided they get heat, sunshine and not too much water. I've never had any with wax coatings on them but assume removing the wax would be good advice. With mine I've always left them to dry off at least a few days, but sometimes a few weeks. Never in the sun if left for a longer time. If they're in a humid place they will sprout roots. If in soil it needs to be fast draining, not wet but just damp. These are plants that seem to do better with neglect rather than with micromanagement.
