I wouldn't say no, of course. But the kitchen cabinets were distressingly distressed, and the number of books in the library was just sad. I like the plaid rugs that showed up in several of the rooms.

Nice house, but the decor felt uninspired to me. Like a middle of the road decorator was hired to pull it all together.

I met Mustaine about 15 years ago. DH was a big fan. I found the rocker to be dismissive and arrogant but maybe he just wasn't in top form at the particular event we were both at. But I digress.

Agree, those kitchen cabinets look weirdly distressed. Nice house and beautiful wood floors, not my style, but then if a decorator has free rein, this can happen.
