Need a fragrant yellow rose that won't fade, please oh please.
Comments (5)Because I pampered it for 3 years from a 4 inch tall little band plant and it never grew more than 3 feet tall. Then it died suddenly. If I could buy Marachel Niel on rootstock I'd buy another in a heartbeat. From what I read from another gardener who dug up a 9 foot tall M.N the rootball on the plant was no where near large enough to support its' growth, which is why it died. Rootstock= more vigor. I'm considering Lichtkonigenigin Lucia' because its' available on rootstock and would grow to be six feet tall in a year or two, and I am aware of my own mortality these days. Thanks for answering, I've never smelled / Allgold' does it have a mixed floral scent? or lemony? or??? Lux...See MoreRemember the people who flaked on the pottery?
Comments (19)DH talked to the wife and told her that things were just a little too weird and we didn't want to deal with it. He mentioned the difference in what was owed, and she said that her husband was on medication and probably got confused. She also said that if I changed my mind, they were still interested. I'd have dealt with it a bit differently, I tend to be direct, but it's dealt with now. I don't forsee a problem, fortunately! Now we're dealing with the next thing...the creep who stole our guns is in jail and charged with four felonies so far. We had to push to get him charged with those, another long story, but we're getting justice! YAY!!...See MoreOh, the games people play....
Comments (18)Haven't played LRC in years but that's a classic and very do-able. Bananagrams is a family standard and I know my niece has it and could bring it for their visiting time. The only problem with card games is remembering the rules! Not sure where all our decks went...... I'm sure I moved at least one. I used to love Heads Up! Forgot all about it but it's time to get it again.Amazon has newsprint pads so that's perfect for Pictionary. Great ideas one and all - thank you!...See MoreOh, for you know who's sake!
Comments (23)Alex, most all home reno and decor projects are outside my skill set, but sharing the processes is my only way of gaining time-tested ideas! Cawaps, all your DAT ideas prove your design skills. I’ve no doubt your kitchen project will be a fun ride! Salonva, small projects like pillows etc are just fine and I’ve gotten great advice here about pillows myself! It’s the threads that go on for 10000 meaningless comments and threads that don’t focus with enough info to get anywhere that are discouraging. I am looking forward to the above mentioned projects large and small! Please remember to include the Conversations side if you post to The Other Side....See MoreLindsey_CA
