How do you do something 1/2 time?

Drink alcohol. Maybe they just drink 1/2 bottle one day :-)

Maybe....go jogging? It's aerobic, supposed to be every other day mixed with weight training. and stretching...Exercise is a more general answer. The words "average person".....throws me....lol

It must be drink alcohol. It means that they drink for four full days and the morning of the fifth day. (they take that afternoon off) No wonder they're so happy.
