Questions about "steam capture" shower

User

We are planning to do a complete remodel on our master bath, and are struggling with shower design. It will be a walk-in shower, with 3 Corian/or quartz walls, and the 4th wall will be glass with a glass door.

It needs to be a "steam capture" design (ie, fully enclosed, but no steam mechanism). I've seen lots of good ideas here about how to handle that: make sure we have an exhaust fan with timed shut-off, door will need to stand open, possible use a tilting transom window (for those of us who do NOT like "steam capture"), etc.

How should we treat the ceiling of the shower such that the steam/moisture doesn't damage it? Must it be tiled? A sheet of Corian or Quartz? Can it be sheetrock? What about a sheet of glass? Thoughts?
