Ouch and double crapola...After the extensive research I have done on these seeds. I have found they need wet soil for the first three days. You were only misting? I would drench the soil with water and see what happens. Make sure you use a dome and heat. I have had decent germination on mine some did not come up but that is to be expected. Linda how are yours doing? Eloise is your soil wet too? I know you are trying outside. They should be soaked prior to planting too.....This is what I have learned about them...Tj I will see what I have left after my RR'S They are mixes though and not named just pictuers of the mixes. I do have double plants but they are slow growers. They come up and just sit there. I have ones I did a fewmonths ago and they are still the same size...Weather? No sunlight and not under lights....If they get bigger maybe in summer I can send you some of my doubles...Barb

Not to be argumentative, but that's not true, at least with the magazines I've freelanced for. House Beautiful, House and Garden, Elle Decor, Metropolitan Home almost always have an editor or producer around when the room is shot. What is true is that often the designer has added things from vendors that aren't owned by the client or homeowner. Shoot's over, lamps go back to the shop.

Keep in mind when you're looking for help, you'll get more focused responses if you take the time to do two things - Use a good, brief summation for the title of your post, so people can decide whether to click through and read it, and also ask a clear question with details provided. So, may we have some more information about this room? What must stay? What will go? Is it going to be a true home office? Or a "flex space" that serves more than one purpose? What sorts of things are necessary for the home office to function as you need it to? Other than the desk, what do you need? Some sort of computer? Filing? Right now, the desk looks a little overwhelmed by what is on top of it. Do you want to paint the desk to coordinate with the rest of the room as it is? Or are you intending to redecorate the space entirely? What other colors are used in the house? Are you intending to paint the desk yourself, and do you have a good space to do it?

I think you need a CKD. Are the patio doors the entire wall? What is opposite the patio doors? Is that a 14' island? You don't have a work triangle. Why do you need a 48" stove?
