Why didn't your designer push you to order much sooner? Or the contractor that you have been waiting on since June? Are you sure that you’re ready to begin the project? What design work have you had done? What due diligence did you do on contractor? What materials are actually on hand? It should be 100% of EVERYTHING at this stage, ready to start demo. That’s tile, grout, thinset, rough and finish plumbing, edging, cabinets, vent fans, mirrors, lighting. EVERYTHING should be delivered and inspected and good to go, on site, right NOW.
