Comments (2)Your English is great. Depending on where the plant is presently located you might want to move it to a brighter location and give it a small amount of water. Don't overwater it. You can increase the amount of water as it gets larger. Check out this as it should give you all the info you need: http://www.horticulturist.com/mastermag4/amaryllis.htm...See Morelast April Sunday Blooms
Comments (8)Hi Jean Big Yellow Taxi is gorgeous! Really a lovely bloom. Night Rhythms is playing tricks too, I see. Several of mine are acting that way. It is pretty anyways as is Band of Color. I agree. the season started early, and it isn't about to slow down. I still have an awful lot of iris blooming so it is strange to say the least. kay...See MoreLast Wave Of Blooms Before Winter.

Comments (21)Hi Seil, your Aster looks similar to mine in shape and size,..the same foliage as well,..sorry i didn't mention this in my last posting,..slipped my mind,..i have had friends tell me of similar circumstances,..all the incidents were of Asters turning to a lighter colour,..never to a darker colour,..i suspect something weather wise makes the Asters revert to their natural colour or near to it which i can only presume was originally white,..i would love to know do they change back again. I have Foxgloves that change every season,..same with Columbine of course,..and roses i grow from seed seldom bloom like the parent rose. Your Hollyhocks should bloom next summer,..some of mine didn't bloom this summer either only the ones planted last year are the ones that bloomed. Those of us who garden can never say its boring,..far from it,..every day is different from the previous and oh boy are there some surprises,..i get volunteer plants every year some are not grown around where i live nor grown by friends who gave me seeds,..like Verbascum nigrum and Papaver somniferum,'Red Poppy',..i was pleased to see those and what will next spring produce. Oh the Kitty is named "Smudge",..he was an orphan who was born in the garden cat house,..then decided it was a good place to live,..and i have to admit that there are a few of his friends here as well. Philip...See Moresherrygirl zone5 N il
