Is my subfloor wet/moldy?

I've torn up carpet and tile, in preparation for laying hardwood throughout this room. There were some puzzling patches in the OSB subfloor that look wet/moldy but are dry.

This one is near an exterior wall. There's a window above it, off to the right a few feet.

This one is along the edge of a tile/carpet curved border, on the tile side. Plus a round spot in the center under where the island was.

This is a wider view, showing context of the room. And there's a bit more toward the doorway.

All of the spots are under tiled sections. I put a moisture meter on all, and they were in the same range as the rest of the subfloor all over the house (10-14%).

The tile was installed over 1/4" hardibacker, which was screwed into the subfloor but no thinset between hardi and floor, just between hardi and tile. So no residual moisture from thinset that seeped in.

POs had a dog.

That's all the clues I have. Do I need to do anything to these spots before I lay hardwood?
