I love Champneys pink cluster" and here in Oakland, Ca it re-blooms as well as Blush Noisette, and C.P.C retains its attractive foliage through early December. I got rid of my "Blush Noisette" because the roses wern't nearly as pretty as " Chamneys Pink Cluster" and in our garden, where p.m. is more of a problem than blackspot, C.P.C. was healthier. We got C.P.C from Ashdown collection which is now at Rogue valley nursery. Luxrosa

Thank you, I will keep my eyes open for the FedEx man! :) Tally, tell them the tale of the seedlings that got thrown away over the winter because they looked weak or let the spider mites get to them *shudder* - that should straighten them out! HAHA! PickledPink- aw man! Sorry to hear they aren't performing, it could also just be the seeds! In the beginnng it's a little tricky getting the moisture right but once they germinate they get much tougher & can handle fluctuations in moisture & heat much better. Don't give up! I don't know what is really making them bloom-at first I thought it was just the Penang Peach seeds but then a couple other varieties got going. I'm curious to see how others perform in the future, I hope they keep it up! Disneyhorse, please keep us updated on your progress! I'm learning as I go but one thing for sure is the seedlings aren't as fragile as I thought they were. I got to meet mostro by chance, when I spotted the tops of his mango trees when I was driving by his neighborhood. Always been told that I'm just wasting my money planting mango trees here in Jax. So when I saw the mango trees, I got really curious and went to ask about it. He's a very nice guy, allowed me to check out the trees and answered all my questions. His mango trees are beautiful and productive. I wish I had my phone when I was there to take a couple of pics to show here. I didn't know about this forum until after I met him. I ran into this discussion (and recognize the pics) doing research if there was other people in Jax that has mango trees and what soil is best for keeping mango trees in pots. I'll take pics next time I go talk to him to ask for his process on protecting the trees when it gets cold as I have 2 mango plants now. Mallika & Kesar :)

Thanks 1stKMS and petuniafish- This gives me an idea how she'll eventually turn out. Reminds me of Mardi Gras but with the color pattern of a Maui Beauty. Robust, good looking plant, so the potential is there. Maui Beauty flowers.
