NEW OFFICE HELPPPPPPP
So it is just me and my boss in our new office. He has put me in charge of ordering everything and decorating it and I NEED HELP. We just moved in so dont judge too much! This is what we have so far, all he keeps saying is he likes the "minimalist look" so i have this "modern-rustic-farmhouse-minimal" idea in my head and just cant get it out into the room! Yes, his desk is the smaller one, he doesnt want anything on it, but thats not possible....he's a lawyer. And yes I am on the search for two smaller (we like velvet) chairs to go in front of his desk as well! So heres my questions I need advice on:
1. What color velvet chairs should we put in front of his desk?
2. What theme of desk organization should I (the grey L shaped desk) go with? For examples: Wire rustic, clear, rose gold....etc??????
3. He needs atleast a paper organizer on his desk, what theme should i go with on his desk?
4. We both need a "crap drawer/cabinet" under, on the side.....SOMEWHERE for both our desks! Examples and/or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
5. Lastly we want unique trashcans, any suggestions? We need two small ones!

Comments (4)I'm going to join in on the "warming" trend. Do you actually work from home? There is a difference from actually WORKING and working. If your work depends on it, then the room needs to be productive and comfortable. If it's not a full time job, then you have more options based on your preferences. It looks like a nice sized space. If you are going to be doing Zoom meetings or anything where the wall behind you is in view, consider the color and decor for THAT wall to be especially important. Maybe a focal color as a good backdrop to shelves, artwork, or credentials. Where did you get the sofa? Comments (67)@ital mover @bluemarble @aprilneverends Here is the photo of the painted office. Though it's gray to match the first-floor paint, it looks much more inviting than before. I placed the gray green/ beige rug and brought the green plants in. I hung the NASA posters and left the other walls empty. Comments (2)Looks like a stand alone wardrobe needed but I am puzzled by this room. What is the original purpose of room if not a bedroom as there is no closet? Or, are you not located in US where built in bedroom closets are standard? Is the desk in this room for you or for little girl? Age of little girl? Does that child live in this home 100% of time or is this room a multi use room & used as her bedroom when she’s in this home? Is that a working radiator by the door & with all the games etc stacked on & next to it? What is behind the doors in the hallway into room? Looks like storage so can some of the games etc be stored in that cupboard? What is white box thing on floor between desk & wall with built in shelves? Will you post a drawing of room with all measurements including window & width & length of bed & drawer chest next to bed.
