In Design Within Reach lists for around $2450 last I saw that may say something too. Plus it should last forever. And be out-of-this-world comfortable from the start. I'm not going to comment on the how the color works. But as someone who has recently been shopping for a new computer/desk chair myself, I hope this is one you can try out in person to first make sure it's comfortable for hours of sitting, that it supports your back properly, and that it has a decent range of adjustments. I'm in the process of returning a chair to a local store, that is great to sit in but has weird, uncomfortable arm rests that can't be adjusted to a comfortable position for mouse and keyboard use.

The wheels are on the desk chair version, but it also comes without wheels. You can upholster it any way you want, or choose one of the standard Knoll colors in leather, flat weave, boucle, or velvet. These chairs will cost you a lot to purchase, and to upholster if you don’t want one of the Knoll fabrics, but you didn’t mention budget. The legs come in either metal or wood. I assume you want something that is decorative (I have seen snippets of your home while reading these post the last few years.) I finally found a computer chair online that I liked. It was Pier 1. And then I found out they were closing all their stores. The office chair and color that I wanted was sold out. 😪 I did not know that there were chairs with arms that flip up!
