Deciding on Kitchen Faucet (Delta, Moen or Hansgrohe)

Admittedly, I have little knowledge of kitchen faucets, but read a little over the past few days. We have a certain style that we're looking for and are thinking of one of the following:

  1. Hansgrohe Cento (costco) - https://www.costco.ca/Hansgrohe-Cento-Kitchen-Faucet.product.100341760.html
  2. Moen Align - https://www.moen.ca/products/Align/Align_Chrome_onehandle_high_arc_pulldown_kitchen_faucet/7565
  3. Delta Trinsic - https://www.deltafaucet.ca/kitchen/details/9159-ar-dst.html

The one thing that we have read and didn't like was that to switch from spray to stream (and vice versa), you need to turn off the water first.

The Cento seems to be almost $200 less, so would the Moen or Delta faucets be worth the extra cost?

Thank you for any advice.
