Advices needed on new concrete floor in the basement

Hello, I'm in the process of pouring new concrete over the old one in my basement in order to finish it. Current floor is not leveled, with a 4'' dip in the center of the basement over the foundation walls/slab joints. A common solution is to do a wood subfloor, but I prefer to go this way, with leveled new concrete all over the place (2'' over the current highest basement area). My problem is the following : walls are already made next to the foundation (foam, studs and drywall). Should the new concrete touch the drywall/or bottom wall plate/ or foam/ or walls foundations??? What should I do in order to make it the right way? Thank you very much!
