Ya know, I'm usually about options, but given what you've got planned there's only one *white* I think I would consider with Pavillion Beige SW7512. It would be an Ellen Kennon Full Spectrum color called "Snow". Mixed in ICI/Dulux Paint's LifeMaster in eggshell for all walls (provided they are not textured) and flat for all ceilings. (Link will open a new window) Full Spectrum Paints May cost you a few bucks more for FS color and two different sheens, but you're renovating the condo to sell it and you're sportin' a chic, albeit unorthodox, color scheme. The one-up of a full spectrum white with the beige trim using a high quality "green" paint would do nothing but help you pull it off and, well, literally sell it. You're trying to get a designer *look* so you may want to consider the advantage of using designer color to do it. Here is a link that might be useful: ICI LifeMaster Eggshell

That's what we are planning to do. We're matching the window to the trim, which is the same throughout the house (BM simply white), not the cabinets, which are a grey-undertone white. I've seen pictures where its done well. I also agonized over this. I think its the kind of thing that you notice, but others don't necessarily notice. I also chose white hardware and screen outline for the window, because I wanted the focus to be on the view outside the window, not on the window itself.

Thanks so much Lynn. I used to know what the floor is. I'm pretty sure it's three-inch quarter sawn white oak. The stain is a custom stain that's mostly natural with a little nutmeg. It's a Swedish finish. Annz, funny you should mention the rug because that is what we're starting with: a very colorful bold rug which I absolutely love--but had been wondering about what furniture to put on it. The cream or beige definitely answers that question. I'd love to see photos of your room.

Take the hevy blinds off the windows then at least the natural light can come in As for the trim I think you should be able to paint the inside white with the proper paint then do your walls a white that works with the carpet and your counter .Are you planning on replacing the carpet , IMO that would be the best choice to start moving away from all the beige .I would suggest you change all the bulbs to LRD 4000K that will mimic daylight and make all the choices easier too/
