First year Achillea seedling flowered and true to cultivar. How?

My Achillea sibirica subsp. Camtschatica ‘love parade’ self seeded in places from last year and about 3 of them became large enough already (up to 2ft tall) and are already flowering. I thought seedlings would take take couple years until maturity to flower? Also ‘love parade‘ is A pink flowering cultivar and the original species of this plant is white flowered. How is it that a seedling became true to cultivar?
