Gray paint color with pink-beige tile

I recently bought a house that has '90s pink-beige tile in the upstairs bathroom. The paint looks tired and isn't even uniform, since it's obvious they repainted patches where they moved the towel bar and toilet paper holder. I want to paint the walls gray. The problem is, I have no confidence in my understanding of undertones and how to minimize the pinkness in the tile.

The current wall color is already neutral, but more beige than gray. When I used Benjamin Moore's Color Capture app on my phone it came out Muslin, but using my paint chips it's actually quite a bit lighter, and as near as I can figure is actually Lime White. It looks oddly pink in morning light (see next photo), which may be why they chose it.

I know Revere Pewter is many people's go-to neutral gray, but will it accomplish what I want--de-emphasizing the pinkness in the tile? I want something that's definitely gray, not greige, but am afraid to pick a different shade for fear of the dreaded undertones. Recommendations?
