Engineered hardwood or Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)?

We are building a lake house and going with a modern farmhouse style. I love hardwoods, but because we have a concrete subfloor and are located in South Florida, we have to go with a product that can handle humidity better. As it is a 2nd home, we are trying to stay around $5/sq ft for material. I was adamant on having engineered hardwood, because most LVP I've seen looks/feels/sounds so fake. But my husband wants LVP since we may consider putting the house on Airbnb for part of the year. I already purchased the Malibu Wide Plank Engineered Hardwood in French Oak

Delano from Home Depot, but I can still cancel the order. I just came across Karndean Korlok Select in Texas White Ash and was impressed with how realistic it looked. I totally prefer the look of the engineered hardwood, but I am drawn to the durability and cleanability of the LVP. Both would cost me about the same. What would you do???
