Some Clump Shots, FFOs, and FFE
Comments (11)Little Light of Mine is so massive! Is it just one clump? Or did you divide it and plant mini clumps together? It definitely wins the prize for most amazing clump. All the other clumps are gorgeous, especially Purple Honey Creeper and Shake the Mountains. Your pink prettiness clump is fabulous, but I don't think the name is Visual Appeal. I like your apricot Nectar of the Gods too! Debra...See Moream FFE, and FFO and Some Pretties
Comments (10)Kay: The garden pic is wonderful. A lots of color with the foliage looking so lush. What is the tall clump near the lower right of the photo? I think today my favorite is White Eyes Pink Dragon with Two And A Half Cats running second. Like mantis, we too are experiencing in the last couple of days cool temps overnight. I can't say the scapes are short but they are above the foliage, plenty of them on each planting here but it is a first season, newly planted so won't know till next year how they actually will do. Spring Mystique would not open fully two days ago with 49 degree overnight temps and today another bud is trying to open on it and we had overnight temps in the low 50's. I'm sure it will not open fully today again. Suppose to go to 90 this weekend. Glad I got the lawn mowed in the last 2 days. Yes, it takes me 2 days to do all the mowing and weedwacking done. Am I crazy or what LOL. Julia...See MoreVery much slower, but an FFE and an FFO
Comments (14)Thank you, Sherry and Maryl, for looking and commenting on my post. That was the prettiest bloom FH has had, Sherry, but this is a first-year plant. I hate to see them bloom out, but it has been a great year. Maryl, Spoken in Parables has always been a tremendous bloomer in my garden and it is a rebloomer every year. I like to have a lot of colors and do a bit of changing either of plants or positions to get what I have in mind. I have been very pleasantly surprised in how well Rosemarie Louise is doing this first year, And like you, I seem to be drawn to Jellyroll Morton and can never pass the blooms without taking a photo. kay...See MoreSome of the same, some different and FFO, and a FFE

We all enjoy our grands if we have them and I don't often have them in the garden . I missed one shot I took but it didn't of the Youngest girl and her brother one year older amonst some of the daylilies. Nancy, RFK has always done really well here and I have shared it several times. Thank you all for looking and commenting. kay...See Moreorganic_kitten
