Comments (10308)Hi Lola and all my friends! Lola, these posters were an absurd price if you ask me haha. The frames I got at Michaels 1/2 off. I think that was still kind of pricey and they aren't even the type of frame I wanted. These are floating frames, but my art floats edge to edge lol I'm ready to hang them, here arepics of my mockup with paper. I am using all 3 bc I want to, and going to hang a towel bar centered under them. I need a long towel bar if anyone can help shop for that. The in laws are coming, again, in 2 weeks so I want to get them hung and the new vanity light ordered and installed. Does this look like a good spot? They are approx centered between the shower and the door stop near baseboard. So when you are in there with the door closed there is a little more wall space in the corner behind the door. But then you get no view of the right print from outside the bath. I like it like this but should I center it on the wall? It's really on visible from the toilet view haha Standing as far against the opposite wall as possible from toilet: from vanity corner View from inside shower from outside the bath...See MoreHelp with Kitchen Flush Mount light
Comments (19)Ok I did a little more searching and came across this fixture linked below. It's very low profile, wondering anyones thoughts comparing this to the Tech Lighting? I would get the 22" and the light output looks to be the same as the Tech Lighting I do still lean to the Tech Lighting Vance thinking it may look a little better but just wanted a little more feedback before ordering https://www.lumens.com/geos-flushmount-wall-sconce-by-dweled-dwl693437.html?utm_medium=SocialShopping&sc_intid=dwl693437&utm_source=pinterest...See MoreChandelier or flush mount light?
Comments (154)Flo Mangan - chandelier is 33" from tabletop. 30" from ceiling to bottom. 8' ceilings make it look different maybe? The corner cabinet could be painted - I actually had it re-stained a more gray/walnut color to match beams (it didn't work that well) but I was thinking of painting it or *something* to help. But again, I'm not attached to it there so it can go and I can get a small something else. Or I could put some shorter plants back there (the tree did NOT like it in the corner...) Would plants and a picture frame arrangement or corner cabinet look better?? Also - anything goes to the right of the table, to the right of the patio door? Or leave open?...See MoreHelp with finding a light for my kitchen eating area and other things
Comments (3259)Thanks everyone, we are going to make this phase of our lives work and if not then we will change something at that point. I do appreciate so much the words of encouragement. Flo, I will try moving the rug over and see what that does with where the blue chair can be. As you know it isn't easy to move a rug that size so any moving of it has to be this week while DH is here. DD, I agree with you that I might need some more of that color in the room and it is always in the back of my mind. The original plan was to have the doors of the TV console cabinets in that walnut, but they warped so badly that we went back to the ones they came with....See More
