Area rug help with charcoal couch
Comments (62)Would you put a bench or 2-3 poufs/ottomans in front of the left hand sliding doors? I need more seating, but don't know which direction to go. I can't do a large chair because it impedes the couch too much....See MoreNeed design advise for replacing couches/ rug etc.
Comments (15)And in the style of gray you shared, all I could think of is no one will sit on the end, but magazines, junk mail, someone's cap, a purse.....LOL Yes, I said last time we bought a couch...no more. Recliners for everyone, with their own armrests and footrests...and than LazBoy sold and is manufactured for more profit, basically.. The most popular seating in a room, is the loveseat recliners with the cupholders! when the family is home. The loveseat recliners go first/2 pair of them, than the club chair(often with 2 kids), than the ends of the 3 cushion couch, and a dining chair with arms will be turned into the group, beFORE anyone sits on the center couch cushion(except someone's in house puppy.....he is there right away!! 2 chance that one of 2 people on the armrest cushion will pet him.) I still like the theory of the 'group sectional' but when you look at resale sights, they are ALWAYS there, with 2 cushions near the ends kaput, and if there was a dual recliner in the center with armrests, those look really awful ie used up.........and the 2 cushions on the right and left center look like no one ever sat there. So, now, depending on the size of the area, pick and choose amongst I think at least 1,- 2 recliner set, 2 chairs with one ottoman, and 2 nice chairs with arm rest, OR a rocker and a chair, is a better option(and, albeit, more expensive).. If you have alot of friends/family with some knee or back problems after a lifetime of wear and work, those firm sitting chairs with or without seat cushions/lumbar pillow, and a firm armrest are what they prefer to sit and rise gracefully out of in a social gathering....See MoreAn inexpensive area rug with a chocolate brown couch?!

Comments (9)You might like those curtains but they don't complement your seating. Is the seating staying? If you plan to use drapery panels and close them, the fabric should not be flat when you close them. They should still retain a fold. Otherwise, they just look like sheets you threw up on the windows for privacy These are back tab panels which means that when you slide them on the rod they create pleats automatically. https://www.loomdecor.com/shop/curtains-drapes?fabric_color=184...See Moregroveraxle
