Comments (3)I think you have a gorgeous house as is and I would not paint the trim a light color! I think if you concentrate on landscaping, wood tone garage doors and refinish the decking in the same color that it is. Comments (9)A couple thoughts: --It'll be more expensive, but a portico that matches the garage roofline, but smaller, would look better than the flat overhang you're showing. --Yes, off with the shutters! --Go to a small garden center and have them work up a landscaping design for the front of the house with a mix of a tree or trees, shrubs, grasses, perennials that will showcase the house. Your mock-up has plantings too close to the house. (I know you're working with mock-up program for the first time, so that's probably the problem.) --Is that a pergola over the garage.
