Help decorating farmhouse style without refinishing wood floors

My family is moving to a new house in a few weeks. The house we are moving from is 2 years old and modern farmhouse style (lots of gray, white, weathered, etc. the house that we bought has lots of potential, but lots of wood also. We want to paint all of the trim white, paint the kitchen cabinets white, paint the walls some shade of gray and hopefully use all or most of our existing furniture and wall hangings. However, the floors, which are beautiful, are reddish hardwoods. If we refinish them, I am confident it will take our entire budget, preventing us from the painting work I mentioned previously. Would be willing to buy new furniture, but would prefer some options to still decorate farmhouse styke with the existing floors. Also wondering if I should leave the light railings on the staircase and paint the rest of the trim in the house white. Any advice would be great. Note that the furniture and decorations pictured are from the previous owner. Thank you.
