Cool vintage bathroom. I'd keep it simple and fresh with all white accessories/curtains. The floor has a lot of nice pattern already.

I had a bathroom almost identical to this in a house I once owned. Use maroon accessories to highlight the tile accents.

I think these bathrooms are adorable. No need to "modernize" it as K Laurence said. Organic wood elements and plants would be nice. Green and pink is always a dynamic combo.

White everything. Shower curtain, towels etc. It's so darling.

Just moved in a few days ago but so far am liking how this is looking! Just want a shelf above the toilet for extra storage and maybe updated artwork.

It's an adorable bathroom and look s like it is in good shape. If you want to be really adventurous, you could do a fun removable wallpaper-- doesn't look like too much wall space so shouldn't be too expensive

To me, the star of the room is the floor. Don’t cover up too much of it. Instead of a runner rug, I would get black washable bathroom rugs, and shower curtain and towels in white.
