Tall, but minimalist bed for small bedroom and average height user

I need to set up a tall but minimalist queen sized bed. The height from the floor to the top of the mattress should ideally be 35 inches. However, the room is quite small and the bed-frame should ideally not be too deep (no more than 90", preferably closer to 85"), nor too wide.

The mattress is 12" think but could be 15" with a topper. So the bottom of the platform itself should ideally be 23" off the ground. The client likes a sleek minimalist look and doesn't want to bang legs into the bed when getting on it. The bedframe also has to be easy to clean and keep free of dust.

The client is about average height (5"10), but needs a taller bed to be able to take advantage of a partially obstructed view while in bed.

I'm thinking of using a regular platform bed with a tall headboard and a 10" box spring on top, then the mattress, using a fitted sheet to cover up the box spring and perhaps a king size comforter to try to make it all look decent.

If there's a better way to accomplish this, please let me know.
