julien sink question
Comments (9)Just to clarify, it doesn't cost anything to get a price on a standard Julien sink. It only costs $100 if you want a custom sink. I can imagine that developing an accurate quote may require developing a design for the sink. This could be time consuming and Julien may have many legitimate reasons for setting this $100 price. Given that the sink I want requires less materials, it wasn't immediately clear to me if my custom sink would cost more than a stock sink. I was hoping someone out there knew. I just don't want to spend $100 to find out that the custom sink is 1.5 or 2 times more expensive than the stock sink. Todd...See MoreJulien vs Franke prep sink
Comments (4)We have a Julien utility sink, custom 24" x 24", undermounted in the island primarily as a utility sink. It is 9" deep with the drain in the right back corner, but is accessible from both sides of the island. We like it very much -- it's already pretty scratched up but we couldn't get a protective "grid" with the custom dimension and finally I think one just has to get a grip and recognize that steel utility sinks will get scratched up. That sort of thing doesn't bother us. Lynn...See MoreJulien granix sinks - can anyone tell me about these?
Comments (0)I am looking for the best composite sink for my new kitchen. I have read all about Blanco and know they are loved but am not finding the right colour. Julien makes a sink line in a product they call Granix that has a colour that looks good with the counters. They are made in Germany, 80-85% natural quartz. I'd love to know if anyone has experience with these or where I can find out more info. Thank you....See MoreJulien Quartz Composite sinks, any experience?
Comments (0)We are preparing to start a major kitchen remodel and while researching sinks, we came across the Julien Quartz Composites. Does anyone have any experience with these? Are they really quartz composites and is that the same as Blanco's Silgranit? More specifically, we are interested in the one linked to below, in black. It seems to be the right size and shape for us. We'd of course like to hear of other similar alternatives. Finally, any reliable online sources for these? We've seen one at our local Pacific Sales, but would like to price compare. Thanks in advance for any insights.... Here is a link that might be useful: Julien Q110...See MoreJerri Blank
