If you must keep the blue fixtures, I'd go for white tile and/or white wainscoating and chrome or nickle faucets. The blue fixtures make quite a statement. I think if you try to add brown and/or cream with the dark blue, even though everything will be new it, will still look dated since the blue doesn't appear in the picture to be the more up to date blues around now that are paired with brown. If you can swing it, I'd get new tub/toilet/sink/countertop HD has various sized marble,corian and granite countertops, some with sink. I'd definitely change out the countertop.

Depends on how big your bathroom is. In a large room, you can afford one wall to be darker. That adds a lot of drama. Then the rest can be a light gray. Make sure your vanity stands out and the color gray is contrasting enough with it, so dark or light enough for contrast. In a smaller bathroom it is wiser to keep everything light. So then I'd go for just one very light gray wall, or maybe two at the most. But I love it white, to keep it look wide and spacy. For sure I wouldn't choose a color on each and every wall in a smaller bathroom.

Then go darker - Dovetail is on the same color range. Or go white? But really just shooting fish in a barrel here - best to show us floor finish and exact countertop to best pick.

What are the floors? countertops? What is in the surrounding areas? If you want color it has to coordinate with more than just "light gray" cabinets
