Venting an outdoor kitchen

Building an outdoor kitchen within a covered portion of our back porch. It will be completely open air with no screening. I plan to have both a grill and a kamado along a side wall, a couple of feet apart, with the kamado closest to the edge of the ceiling away from the house.

Is there some kind of recessed exhaust vent I can install in the ceiling for when the smoke gets too intense? I'd like to avoid a full hood.
