Help - corner tv with vaulted ceiling

We have a large tv on a corner in our living room with a vaulted ceiling. I have an idea of what to do, but would love any advice or ideas that you all have.

CURRENT IDEA:

-Build a white cabinet in the corner just below the tv.

-Add board and batten around the living room/dining room. Make the cabinet the same height As the board and batten.

-Put shiplap on the walls behind the tv above the board and batten and above the cabinet

-install hardwood floors

The wall that the tv is on is 6 ft and the wall where the top banister of the stairs goes to is about 45 inches (that is where the tv is angled to). The tv is a 75 inch. It measures 65.5 x37.5 inches

Below are some pictures of the tv and the living room. I am not totally sure what I want the cabinet to look like, but I put a picture of the feel I am going for. I also am not sure what we can do to make it not be a sharp corner behind the tv. It would be great if we could do something about that.

Thanks for reading and providing any ideas. I truly appreciate it!
