Need help with replacing Honeywell ClimateMaster with Nest

Geoff Tucker
I live in an early 20th century building converted to condos in 2003. The building uses a two pipe water system for heating and cooling. I have no furnace in my unit.

The original thermostat has all the right wires but also a P wire that I cannot figure what to do with.

Nest support doesn’t seem to understand what kind of heating / cooling system we have. They keep asking for a make and model number.

Has anyone else run into this issue? Were you able to install the Nest? I’ve been told other homeowners here have.

This is the ClimateMaster’s wiring.
