Mrs. Limbachia, Cambria's Senior Service Manager (Chris Donaldson) and Regional Business Manager (Luke Carlson) have both spoken with you directly and have explained that these small (each spot is less than 1/16 of an inch) rust deposits are a natural occurrence in nature and are found in quartz. We have also proposed that we come out to your home and perform finish work on each of the 7 markings you do not prefer or as few as 1-2 that are most bothersome. You have refused this offer. It is important to note that this finish work is the final finishing most every piece installed may receive whether it be before, during or after the installation. If you would like, we would be happy to bring the material back to the shop to perform finish work and then bring it back to reinstall. We would also be happy to perform finish work on the installed pieces as this is also a common process. Though these markings are neither defect nor damage, we understand that you do not prefer them and we want to be a part of the solution. It is important to note we are standing behind our warranty 100% as evident in the rapid response in having a technician to your home the following day after learning of these concerns, and our thorough evaluation and forthright communication on your concerns.
