Also the danger for you, as the contractor, is that most glass tiles will look different once installed. What are you going to do when the light almond glass tile you showed the customer turns a greenish color when installed?

Search for Typhon Bordeaux right at the top of the page. Search in photos and then in the kitchen forum. You will gets lots of ideas that you can narrow down and then show your customer.

I would go with a glazed crackle to give her that "glass" look, but not be glass.

What, exactly, is your role in this project? Are you a granite fabricator? A handyman? A licensed GC?

Thanks for the comments, this would be the first time installing a glass mosaic with this type of countertop, as I agree that I don't think it will go well. That's why I turned to this forum to see if anyone has done anything similar that looks good. I will keep looking at options, I'm trying to respect my client's decisions in the end while still proposing other ideas.

I don't know what your client has in mind completely. It might be worth asking the client for some inspiration pictures for what she has in mind.

I think some glass mosaics might be overpowering for that granite. But there are some glass mosaics that might work as long as they are very plain.

Ugh! Please don't do the multi-size rectangular mosaics linked above. I know they are all over Home Depot and Floor & Decor, but have been overused for 10+ years, starting in high end tile stores about 15 years ago. Even in a plain color, they will be too busy for the Typhoon Bordeaux.
