Can't find Review Sites for Aiwa cx na30
Comments (2)I poked around a bit and found nothing except a bunch of places selling replacement remotes. Aiwa has a reputation of making nice inexpensive stereos, so I would say if YOU like it, buy it....See MoreModular Home Builder - can't find reviews
Comments (7)I've had a modular built for me before. I agree with whoever said upthread that the finish company (for lack of a better term) is probably the most important part of the equation. However a very close second is the quality of the manufacturing company who is building the boxes. Some companies are basically building glorified trailers (with very poorly installed drywall and builder basic, scarily-cheap kitchen cabinets, etc.), whereas other companies produce much better quality. The older I get, the less stock I put in online reviews. I could write a book as to why. However the gist of it is that no matter what you found online, it can't (in my opinion) take the place of you going to view some of their completed work and talking to prior customers. So if you're debating building a modular, talk to the GC who will handle the site and finish work. Ask to see some finished homes. Ask WHY they use the company they use, ask about quality control and what happens if the boxes come and you or they discover serious flaws. Get the name of the manufacturing company and google that, because I promise you that online reviews do exist for those companies. Good luck. My first home was a modular, and honestly it was an adorable cape cod with reasonable quality finishes. I still miss that home and would have packed it up and taken it with me if I could. :)...See MoreWould you buy this OVE vanity with no reviews anywhere?
Comments (16)Here let me give everyone a fuller picture. We are doing two bathrooms - one kids, one master. Both are total guts/remodels. We live in an urban victorian in the philadelphia metro area, and I would describe the aesthetic I'm going for as an urban transitional look - like, CB2. My goals are: super easy to keep clean. Enough quality to not be destroyed by 4 kids. Kid's bath: Leaning towards large grey cement like tiles, with large rectangular glossy white for shower/bath. Plain white walls. My dream vanity would be custom reclaimed wood. https://pin.it/4db2sdme54o6vb or https://i.pinimg.com/564x/46/f3/bf/46f3bfdd3062b0088eef68b7ceb5350c.jpg I really hate the furniture look vanity that has space underneath (we currently have this) because it is really gross and hard to keep clean. So I want either to go all the way to the floor or to be floating, or to have fairly long legs. I don't want lots of crevices in doors to have to clean. I would prefer a single hole faucet and prefer an integrated because currently whenever I swipe a paper towel in the space between the undermount and the counter, there is black gunk and I don't understand what is growing there. Aesthetic wise, I know that my dream vision is to have a warm wood (reclaimed or something like teak), but I don't like veneers, and I don't like espresso stained, so I kind of feel like then moving towards the grey or white vanity like the Inolav Adams vanity I posted above....See MoreI can't find buyers review for ABTCO vinyl siding anywhere...
Comments (4)Never say never. My Mom inherited our family's "old house" that was built in 1885 with materials on the land & community in north central South Carolina: pine and handmade bricks & nails. My g-g-g-gf was a brick mason and traded for help to build the house. Each generation has put their stamp on the house: improving the foundation, indoor kitchen, plumbing, electricity, moving walls, additions, etc. The original wood siding is now beyond repair. They have chosen a vinyl siding with a weathered wood design. It will replace the original wood siding and the "new" addition that's currently a white siding. Yes, it's a change, but it looks good, maintains the look of the house, and protects the interior of the house for future generations....See More2ManyDiversions
