Weasel in the water...
Nicole, the red-winged blackbird is my most favorite bird in the whole world! That is an awesome picture!!!
Please share what kind of cameras you are using. Thank you.
And thank you so much for the lovely pictures as always! :-)
Yeonassky, i use a Cannon Powershot. I love my little camera.
Beautiful shot, Nicole!
I use a Canon power shot SX720HS...it zooms like crazy which I love. With and without zoom...
I use a Nikon D7500
That's the same model I have, Annie. I'm on my second PowerShot. The first was quite a bit smaller which I really liked. It easily fit into a pocket but that particular model is no longer in production. It had crazy zoom too, but not like the 720. One of the first pics I took with it was of a city park. I was standing on a bridge a block away. When I looked at the photo later, I was shocked to see that the camera had clearly captured the koi swimming in a pond at the park. I had no idea there were fish in the pond!

An otter in Costa Rica
I lost all of my cameras in the flood so now everything is taken with my phone. That's why I wanted a good camera on the phone I bought. It has 3 cameras lol.
From my active diving days...the Garibaldi.
Thank you for the info and recommendations everyone. I need a camera of my own. DH and I have been sharing for quite a while and it is no longer working for me.
Elizabeth DH has the same one as you. He loves it. I thought I would try something a little different.
Will take a look at that Canon Dawn Annie and Nicole. I love that you took a picture and discovered koi.
Thanks Annie for those pictures. That's really cool!
Wish I could justify an underwater camera Lars. I just never go underwater.
What kind of phone do you have Raven?
Normally, I use a cheap Canon camera, which I bought for our trip to Costa Rica in 2015 (I think). Anyway, it is several years old but still takes good photos. It is a PowerShot SX H20 HS. Canon probably has newer versions by now, but I do not need anything better than this for my purposes. My brother has a better Sony camera (but then he works for Sony), and he has extra lenses for it for zoom/telephoto and wide angle, but the zoom I get on mine is sufficient for my needs. I very seldom need a wide angle lens. Plus I do not not changes lenses.
