Need help with decorating home office
Comments (17)Ideally, I would have attached a work surface to form an "L" from the wall unit. However, your wall unit has two kneehole spaces which are designed as work stations. Why are those not being used and forgo a formal desk? I would move the printer or get a small one. They are so inexpensive these days to get a smaller unit for a home office. https://www.2modern.com/products/sequel-20-return?variant=34668476465197...See MoreNeed help decorating home office
Comments (9)First of all, I love the wet bar. I have one by my desk and it’s wonderful to have tea, coffee, water nearby. Your guests will also appreciate it - leave a bottle of wine, wine glasses and snacks out for them. A good quality sofa sleeper can sleep guests, provide seating, and will give you more space while you’re using the room as an office. Add side tables and lamps, it will be a nice place to read too. Place your cabinet on the far wall that doesn’t have a window and float your desk in front of it. The sofa can go on the opposite wall, near the entry. Place your keyboard under the window opposite the wet bar and roll your office chair over when you play. If you don’t need the ceiling fan, a beautiful light fixture can be swagged above your desk....See MoreOffice decor help
Comments (2)You can make this space so cute. I’d do different material on each wall... but to answer your question- I’d put hard hats. Maybe some cool antique looking truck ......See MoreHelp decorating a boring bedroom/office
Comments (10)Are those Venetian Bllinds? You could replace them with something less dusty-- like inside mounted washable cotton curtains. I think some smaller decor on the wall for each side of the desk window...something decorative to make the arched area more of a focal point and distract from the desk. Like a matching set of framed black and white art photos. I like a Dreamcatcher or similar macrame over the headboad but something in metal would be cute and easy to dust like this:...See MoreJanie Gibbs-BRING SOPHIE BACK
