Whirlpool still seems to have the Whirlpool W4TXNWFW listed for sale, which is available in black, according to the AJ Madison website.

I just finished changing my cabinet hardware from 2 holes to 1 hole on the doors and from 1 hole to 2 holes on the drawers. Ideally, you'll want to put more than just wood filler in the holes. Wood filler on it's own isn't intended for really deep holes, and generally recommends multiple thin layers if needed. I used pieces of dowels glued in the hole with plastic wood on top and then sanded after a few hours. Some holes are more easily spotted than others, but they're pretty well hidden under all the layers of primer and paint. You might want to invest in a cabinet hardware template for re-drilling, too. Good luck...it's probably the worst part of painting cabinets, but worth it in the end!

Glad you figured it out. I think your hand drawings are really good, btw. Above are the minimum recommended clearances for seating. If this is a high traffic corridor, I'd make it even wider than the minimum. Is the X the dishwasher? Do you plan a prep sink in your island? If you are, I think your plan looks pretty good but in order to have room for more than one person prepping/cooking, you'd want 48" aisles between the island and cooking wall. This means you'd need a narrower island. Since people really don't chat well together if they are all lined up in a row like a lunch counter, you might consider moving the seating down the island a bit with two on the side with the current seating and one at the end. This allows for better chatting there and people sitting are still close enough to chat with the cook. And it moves them down from a prep sink placed at the other end of the island so they're not likely to get sprayed. I think I would get tired of prepping at the clean-up sink as you would need to carry things too far to the cooktop and it's just adding a lot of extra steps. So, really, consider that prep sink. From the drawings, I think you are creating a very pleasing visual space but just a few tweaks would make it more functional.

I would not do something plain red. I would pull the berry color from your art and paint the wall behind the art that color to begin to create a concept for your kitchen. Additionally, I would pull the table from against the wall. No one wants to eat up against the wall. I'd center it under your light fixture and replace the fixture with some type of fun pendant to provide great lighting for your eating area. I thought about adding some type of shelving on your long wall to display berry-colored dishware, but thought that this color might be too difficult to procure if you were looking for lots of items. It's a big wall. So again I decided the easier path was to once again paint the wall the same berry color and mount a collage of white and gray ceramic and porcelain items directly to the wall These pieces can be purchased at any resale shop or dollar store. The important thing is to get a wide variety of items. I cannot take credit for this idea. This was created by the Visual Designers at Crate & Barrel for their new restaurant, The Table. To make sure everything stayed secure to the wall the design team silicone glued a plastic hex cap screw on to the back of each item and screwed them directly into the wall. The pieces are not going anywhere. Note the track lighting used to enhance the wall sculpture. If you change your lighting to a track fixture that will go far in bringing out the depth of all the different items you have collected.
