A Lavender and Pink Row of Roses... are you as excited as I am?
Comments (37)CoriAnn, this is a brilliant idea!!! I'm looking forward to seeing some pictures of Florence D.; on HMF, the photos show a colour that is very washed-out and muddy in comparison to the ones posted here. I myself have become very, very focused onto lavender, violet, purple, mauve roses, after realizing last year that these were the colours that pleased me the most,so I'm on the alert for good ones in this category. I'm even thinking of changing my present policy and actually trying an HT or two!...See MoreGoT, you watching? Spoilers!!
Comments (14)Very good episode. I fear the javelin may have poison on it knowing Cersi and how they work.If so maybe Sam will come and save him. Ok getting a little ahead of myself there. I doubt Jaime is dead I foresee him being the end of cersi. I don't know why I didn't notice it sooner but Bran not being Bran anymore and not having much emotion at being home and seeing his family bothers me. When they said he died in that tree it made so much sense. But I was kinda of hoping to see at least small glimpses of him not for him to completely change into another person. Can't wait to see what else happens. Thank goodness a couple of the episodes will be a little longer with the last one being almost 90 minutes. They have a lot of stuff to cover in a short amount of time. When it ended at 50 mins this week I was mad and said some not so nice words about it lol. If you haven't watched it give it a try. My son and my friend swore they did not like the show. I asked them to just give it 2 full seasons for me before they made up their mind completely because for some people it takes that long to get into all the story lines. My son just before season 7 started sat down and watched all 6 seasons one right after the other. Now at 8:55pm Him, me and my friend are parked in front of the TV with strict instructions to anyone who knows us not to bother us until after 10pm unless it is an emergency....See MoreSo many are mad at GoT, so tell me a show you liked the finale?
Comments (32)Yes, totally agree that Newhart was the best TV finale period. But it really only works well if you are familiar with both Newhart shows. MASH was memorable as well, think I saw that in reruns. Friends was good. Was disappointed in Seinfeld ending. Stuck with the Gilmore Girls but the first ending of the series was eh. The ending of the more recent 4 part update was better. Sadly with most of the more recent tv I tend to tune out prior to the last season or if I am still watching the show is cancelled without a true finale....See MoreWhat are you excited about, acquistions/plans, for your garden in 23?
Comments (55)Like Cyn, I am also starting several new garden areas, with wildflowers, and xeric plants, prioritising water-wise gardening and wildlife (especially pollinators at every life stage). I am insanely excited about this as I have never attempted to grow so many different, and often entirely new plants. I think I have 70odd new seed species, as well as all the saved stuff from my own gardens. Cripes, now I have written this down, it is a lot of sowing (and immense amounts of pricking out and potting on etc.etc. However, I am almost retired from pro-gardening and am planning a little plant stall. Not expecting to do much more than pay for my hobby and I am also terribly nervous about this venture. Dealing with the public and selling stuff is going to be a challenge.. I always grow more plants than I need but used them in clients gardens and gave away a load to my offspring. I can't do any of this as daughter's garden is full, D-i-Ls and youngest is about to become not theirs and eldest has become puritanical about only growing edibles. . Seemed like selling some was a good solution...in theory. I really hope you don't mind keeping me company (and holding hands) during this undertaking....See Moresleeperblues
