I am, but I am trying to stay strong. I plan on waiting until all episodes have aired and then binge-watching the last two seasons over one weekend. I can't stand waiting a week for the next episode to come out. Wish me luck!

Good luck with that, Cooper. I seriously could not wait to do that, although I thought of putting off tonight's episode until tomorrow but I won't do that. There will be spoilers everywhere! This is truly a world-wide phenomena, they are saying the audience will be a billion. We watched the little cast interviews yesterday which was quite interesting. Tyrion seemed to be the only one with an American accent, the rest were Brits and Scots except for Jaime.

I'm not saying I'm going to make it, just going to try. :) That does pretty much mean I will need to stay off the internet and out of touch with friends and family. :(

I was hooked on it even though I had a heck of a time following the story line. So many characters! I could only watch when HBO offered a freebie, which was sporadic. The last thing I remember was when one of the dragons turned evil. I don’t know when that season was. I’d love tosee the outcome, though.

Joann, it started out as a series of books by George R.R. Martin. I have to admit when my son asked for the books years ago I kind of rolled my eyes, thinking it was another one of those fantasy/sci-fi books he liked. The HBO show is now about to release the last 6 episodes after 7 previous seasons. The books are excellent, and I love the HBO show. The characters are true to the books, but the tv show can't include everything in the books. Each book of 6 is probably about 800 pages long.

My HBO subscription had lapsed but I signed up again just for GOT.

It's thundering and storming here, with tornado warnings and watches all over Northeastern Ohio - and the tornado watch for my county isn't over until 9pm. I'm so glad I have a generator. If there is a power outage right before or right after 9pm, there's going to be a lot of mad and disappointed people who can't watch TV!

I'm going to watch it! Hubby isn't a big tv watcher so we were stuck on season 6, episode 5 for literally years. I finally finished season 6 and 7 without him so I'm ready!

I loved season 7. The scene where Dany rescued them with the dragons made me cry. I am dying to see how and when he learns who he really is and that he slept with his aunt, lol.

Just watched it on HBO! Been looking forward to it since last season!
