None of my baths are remotely the same. I suppose the only similarities they have is white toilets and tubs (because I believe plumbing should be white). My powder room is venetian plaster in a soft green with dark empredor marble floor with crema marfil insets. Victorian music stand with an onyx sink in green. The fixtures are gold (shiny brass) as is the antique lighting. DS's bath is done in a mid color cherry with a very fancy cabinet. His wall is a mix of antique golf posters which I made into wallpaper. His counter is black marinache (looks like dinasour eggs) and the tub is surrounded with nordic black antique and travertine. Chrome fixtures. My bath is in crema marfil, chocolate croc and white (tub and toilet) with chocolate cherry cabs. ORB fixtures. All of the tiles have individual designs, on purpose. I personally hate a home where all rooms are done in the exact same finises. Even subtle differences make a huge difference in the overall look of the room and are necessary in good design. Fancy, I'm having trouble with the white on white on white. Have you considered any colors in your tile or counters?

I prefer three-light fixtures and have one over a 36" vanity with a temporary 24" mirror in a guest bath. The light is slightly shorter than the mirror. I'd probably do the two-light in a powder room. Mock up that light to see if it's too much for a short wall. It's got a lot going on. I see a little blue-gray in the quartz, so I think it goes with the floor. I don't care for the brown grout and would see if it could be regrouted. I have no idea what the cost of that would be. If you want to go with the silvery mirror, I'd avoid caramel brown on the countertop and might paint the doors gray or white or do a light stained wood door. Personally, I'd lean traditional to keep in line with the bones of the house. If you want to keep the brown grout and go with the gray-blue/brown/cream theme, you could get stained doors from Barker. They have a medium stain option now called Tamarack. Since the vanity is all doors and the focal point of your powder room, I would go with a more styled door than a plain Shaker. I used Shaker in my kitchen but wanted something prettier for the guest bath. Here is Barker's New York door. It would be nice painted too. You could dress it up with some pretty pulls. There are plainer styles too, but not as plain as Shaker.

My comments on the bathrooms: two have painted wood work and one has stained. Paint the stained white. Vanities and countertops keep; get rid of the mirrors and vanity lights…awful, awful. The two bathrooms with the white countertops, paint the walls white and choose new shower curtains. (You need new window treatments, but you need to post pictures of the windows without whatever you are using now for privacy). The bathroom with the off white counter, paint it that off white. I know it doesn’t sound exciting, but two of the three bathrooms have countertop edge on the wall, You can minimize look that by painting the walls the same color. As for the family room, those “built-ins” are kitchen cabinets and the counter isn’t worth saving. Remove and replace with two matching chests. The mantel…if it is actually attached to the “stone” , then paint it black. If it is simply applied then remove it.

I think if I could do it over, I'd have the sinks closer together not a giant bank of 24" drawers in between. 24" seems like a large space between the mirrors, or more if I choose something smaller than 24" wide for the mirror. A vanity that looks like furniture is more my style, but this is what I have. Beth, The fourth pic posted seems to have the largest space between mirrors (closest to my situation). I could have a large vase or something. If I selected the 2 mirror option do you think the 24 x 30 mirror would visually a poor choice since the right mirror would be right up against the corner? Would it be ok or better if I selected a 22 or 20" mirror? That would leave 28" between the mirrors if I went with a 20" mirror and that just seems huge. I did tape up cardboard in a 24 x 30 size. Attached are a few pics before the counter went in.
