Can anyone tell me how to plant these seeds? I have so many of 2 varieties, they look like milkweed seeds, or dandy-lion seeds now, with the big puffy 'feather-like' fluff on the end on each seed. I assume I pull that off, OR can I throw a match into the huge cloud of 'fluff', and will it just burn of in like 5 seconds?? OR will that burn the seeds? I am serious, can I do that, it is a lot of seeds. And a lot of fluff! So once I get just the seeds.
How do I plant them, and how long do they take to germinate, let alone grow into any size of a plant? I am sure it will be a long time, but it took forever to get he 2 plants, now I have the seeds, and the plans are dead! So...need the plants.
1 is a VERY large flowering H. 'Schinzii', like twice the size of the regular variety, and the other is a bright yellow, NOT tan/brown/beige colored Stapelia 'Varigata', that took me years to find, it died after a long wet summer. So...any help??? Thank you.
