What is your general location/growing zone? May not matter much since it appears to be indoors.

Is it too humid ? Could it have been sprayed by something? (even spraying in closer proximity to the plant may cause overspray).

G. bellum grows well in moderate sun exposure, so it may be getting enough light.

It preferes lower temps in winter, below 15*C. It could take even just below 0*C temps, but should be totally dry. If kept in those conditions for at least a month, it may bloom.

I wonder about those, very regular and pinhole-like spots being from sunburn. Sunburned plants usually have spots of irregular shape, and more random. At least that is what I am familiar with. Sunlight intensity is usually much lower, especially if windows are energy efficient. There is a possibility of 'greenhouse effect' but probably unlikely in this case. What Eryn suggested sound more likely to me - but not 100% sure. Bugs usually cause more mechanical-looking damage, like holes or small areas of leaves missing/damaged.

I still wonder about overspray - here is what happened to me - spraying was in close proximity, so spots are bigger. It was a anti-mosquito spray in my case, but many other solutions will cause spots, even rubbing alcohol could:

If finer spray and/or further away, spots would be much smaller. Different solutions could cause just spots or perhaps even "eat" holes in the leaves I think.

Oedema could be another reason. Often shows up as very small, pimple-like spots. It usually do not cause holes thou.

rina_Ontario I'm from Romania, Bucharest and this Graptopetalum is in a closed balcony with south orientation and get enough light. The balcony have L shape and on the west side i have a Graptopetalum bellum realy healthy. Is the same balcony and humidity. I don't sprayed with anything. This winter i have minimum 10*C and I just watered barely.

Gabby C the plant is about 1 m from window. I'ts posible to be sunburns, indeed this spring was very sunny.

I searched on the web an i found a picture with a similar disease but more serious. However, it has no description. I tend to think it's a pretty common problem with this plant but I do not know what it can be.
