St.Patty's Day leftovers

We went out to eat yesterday and brought home doggie bags of corned beef and cabbage. I diced the corned beef and the red potatoes in a ratio of 1:1. Then minced some of the carrots and cabbage, about 1:4 each to the beef and potatoes. Sauted a chopped onion in butter to soften, then added the hash ingredients and cooked on high heat with a bit of ground black pepper and cooked until browned and crispy. Had sunny side up eggs and toast. Two of us had ketchup with the hash.
