Comments (10)How are the acoustics? It looks like a reverberating HELL to me. You need a rug and a lot of soft surfaces to absorb the noise, more substantial drapery for a start. The art in a picture posted above on canvas with a soft look, mostly canvas no glass, would help-a few of them!! Comments (1)You have some ideas you want to incorporate into the room and the TV size is really fighting your ideas. This is a case of trying to put a square peg into a round hole. If you're going to install that large a TV, then you might want to consider a linear fireplace instead of the standard fireplace size because those big TVs look terrible over the small fireplace openings. I've altered one of your photos to illustrate making the wall large enough to accommodate the TV and the FP along with it. To me, the arches doen't work, but that's your call. Comments (8)If you enclose the plant shelf over the entry, that might be a good place to store seasonal decorations I don't think the church pew meets the needs of the entry so I am suggesting a cabinet for storage, a Mirror, and hat racks in place of the hooks and shelf.
