Yes, I've seen it many times, particularly with respect to the fodors.com fora. It's always a shock to see how much I post here, depending on what's going on in my decorating universe :-) Other stats just for fun....My smugmug photo site account tracks picture views, and our basement photos were looked at about 150,000 times in a one month span!

This is called "proliferation." Some roses do it most of the time. Some never do it. Some do it when they are over-fed. It was one of the things I detested about the Austin rose, 'Fisherman's Friend.' It may not do it everywhere, but in our garden, it did it in 90% of its blooms. I know it looks awkward being off center (the vanity OP linked to), but think of the utility: the sink plumbing is over just one of the 2 doors. So you have tall storage - or could do a shelf - under the non-main-sink-plumbing side. And you mostly look at your vanity from above, it seems? I.e., the view dead on, from almost sitting on the floor, is mostly in the purchasing process (KWIM?). Maybe not - just trying to help - I know how it is to find something almost perfect. ETA: And think of the nice extra roominess of the side area each person gets. If the sinks were centered that would be narrower, and you'd have more things in the center. (I guess I like my personal space (we actually went with 2 separate vanities!).) Anyway, just trying to make it work!

Plumeria do have the ability under managed conditions to air root like an orchid but it is not a natural habit. That looks to me like a branch which started forming but has since sealed up and been passed over for reasons unknown. Unfortunately they never amount to anything. DSP are wonderful plants and yours is very nice. its one of my favorites for its growth habits, shiny green leaves, and abundant blooms. Some say it has very little scent which may be true per flower but with the amount of blooms a mature DSP can produce all those little bits add up to a wonderful perfume scent. Great job on it. K.
