Help with 2 Story Foyer - Paint Colors

Hi! We are doing a redo of our entire first floor - including the Great Room (left hand side facing stairs), Kitchen (behind stairs), living room (to right of stairs), and front entryway/foyer. We have a very open floor plan.

For the Great Room, we are using Benjamin Moore Deep Silver (2124-30) on the center accent wall (which will have built in cabinets and the fireplace), and the rest of the room will be Benjamin Moore Thundercloud Gray (2124-40). The kitchen that flows from that room will be in the same colors (kitchen island Deep Silver, and walls most likely Thundercloud Gray -- the Thundercloud Gray color reads much lighter in the kitchen, so I think that will look nice with the Deep Silver island; the rest of the cabinetry will be white). Living room to right is TBD, but maybe navy-ish colors.

My real dilemma is with the expansive foyer. My husband is insistent that we "cannot have another shade of grey" and thinks it's just too much to go for a third shade. Originally I was thinking of a lighter color foyer like a cream or creamy white, but not sure that flows well with the greys in the rest of the first floor. Also, we get a TON of light in this foyer because we have a huge picture window, so things will definitely "read" light. I don't want it to look like I have stark white walls.

Note that the foyer color will also go on 2nd floor landing as those walls connect.

Would Deep Silver be "too much" for the foyer/entryway (which carries to the 2nd floor landing)? Do I do this a cream color and not worry too much about the other grey paint elements? As you probably guessed, I tend to like cooler colors/color elements. Don't love yellows, browns, oranges.

The last 2 photos were taken around 4:30 PM -- sunset today here is around 5:57 PM -- so you can see that even as sun going down we get a lot of light!!! Note that the entryway marble is staying the same.

Any thoughts are so appreciated. THANK YOU!!
