Closet design help

Hello, trying to find the best way to utilize my daughter's closet. We have previously used it for storage so excuse the mess but we are going to need to use it for her clothes now that she's not a baby any more. The problem is...it's only 3.5'x5'. The doorway is almost 3.5 in itself so on that side the door takes up all the space along with the trim. There is no wall to mount a clothing rod. Therefore it seems like we can only use the back wall for a rod and the rest is wasted space. I know I can go to a closet company but I need to get something up asap before her new furniture gets here and every place I called takes 4-6 weeks. Any ideas on how to best utilize the space? I don't need anything fancy. I was looking at home depot but just don't know if I would be able to mount anything on either side wall. (the ceiling is 10 ft. and there is an L shaped shelf which you can see in the pic at about 7ft off the ground which I could pretty easily remove if necessary). Ideas??
